David Beckham's 'intimate' birthday plans with his family have been revealed as he kicks off a month of celebrations ahead of turning 50. The former Manchester United star, 49, will celebrate turning half a century on May 2 and is doing so in style with many planned festivities in the coming weeks. He began proceedings with a star-studded bash in Miami at the end of March, which had many celebrity guests including Lionel Messi, Jack Whitehall, Eva Longaria and Spice Girl Mel B.
